Privacy Policy

Controller
The controller for processing carried out through this website is the operating company identified in the imprint.
What we process, and why
The quotation enquiry form collects the information needed to prepare a quotation: the container specification and quantity, the delivery destination and access details, and your contact details — company name, contact name, email address, telephone number and, optionally, a WhatsApp number.
The legal basis is the performance of, or steps taken prior to entering into, a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Enquiry content: container type, size, condition, quantity, destination, delivery and unloading requirements
- Contact details: company, name, email, telephone, optional WhatsApp number
- Technical data: the browser user agent string, stored with the enquiry for abuse prevention
- Server logs kept by the hosting provider, which may include IP addresses
Recipients
Enquiry data is processed by our hosting provider and, where configured, forwarded to the system used to manage sales enquiries. Suppliers, depots and hauliers involved in fulfilling a quotation receive only the information necessary for that purpose.
The specific processors engaged must be listed here before this site goes live, together with any transfer outside the EEA and the safeguards relied on.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter for the period required by commercial and tax law. The exact periods must be confirmed and stated here.

If you accept, Google Ireland Limited processes data including your IP address, the pages you view and technical details of your device, and data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; IP anonymisation is enabled. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG, and you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. See the cookie policy.
